I don't say this lightly - the East Indian Chicken Jalfrezi was honestly one of the best meals that I have ever had. I see some of the negative reviews for this place, and I just didn't experience any of that. The two people working were incredibly kind and welcoming, the food was certainly not dry, and the meal was amazing. For those of you who have a high spice tolerance, and are tired of asking for very spicy food and not getting the spice, Shapla has you covered! I highly recommend!

Terrible! This was really awful... 3 supposedly different dishes all covered in the same orange gloop. The meat was all dry and tough like little bullets in this sludge.. The chapati had been microwaved into a hard, tough inedible disc. The worst takeaway Indian meal I've ever had. Didn't feel like it was freshly cooked. First and last order here! Like someone else said back to Kebab Mahal which serves amazing and consistently good food.

First time ordering from Shapla, recently moved into the area. Delivery was here within the allocated time frame. Called the takeaway about our missing item. Was spoking to like I am a 2 year old and accused of not seeing the item in my order bag.
Clearly didn't have the item and am not really going to argue over £2.95, but in principle I wanted the item I paid for and not spoking to unprofessionally and belittled. Didn't redeliver the missing item, even though they said they would. One of the curries was beyond hot and Spicer than it should of been and one of the naans was a thin breakable brick

Absolutely horrific experience. We ordered £25 of food from just eats, the wait time was 45 mins. Up until the point of waiting 2 hours we called multiple times to check on our order. The person on the phone was extremely rude, we were repeatedly told our food was 10 minutes away and eventually 5 minutes away. We were hung up on at least twice. We ended up cancelling the order as it never came, when I asked about getting a refund I was told I had to contact just eats who sent me back to the restaurant as it was supposedly delivered. Again talking to the restaurant I was accused of giving the wrong
