Had a kebab meat and chips,was so dry even with the sauce in a pot,started eating these(chips) ,worst shells of potato I have ever had but thought ok as the Mrs was ok with hers,been so ill all the next day,will never order from here or maybe any other takeaway after this.order extra toilet roll with an Ali's takeaway.

I must say, they have lost control on their behaviour. Everyone in staff just try to make you feel that its YOU who need them. You have any concern/question with the order, payment option or the price variation, don't ask, becuase this place has only One straight answer for you; "next time you can go somewhere else, no need to come here".

Very disappointed. I’ve been using this place for a long time and usually don’t have problems. Today I used their own website, placed an order and within 20 mins they appeared, which left me wondering how they can cook a mixed kebab from fresh and deliver in that timescale, maybe because they delivered the incorrect order. I tried to reply to their messages and emails, but it’s a no reply email/number. I tried to call the shop 9 times, but no one answered and finally I used their ‘contact us’ on the app which states - call us if you have anything missing - and I’m 90 mins later I’m

I have ordered many times from them there are positive and natives, which i would like to mention.
Positive:
Good Portions, Tasty Sauces and always pick up the calls.
Negative:
As much as good their sauces are the meat have consistent pungent smell which is a big cause of many kebab shops in UK.
Delivery are always messed up when it comes to order and quantity.
Their Andriod app is crazy as their ordering system is. I have ordered from them many times and only ones or twice the delivery was on time with correct order.
As I live in the area and love to have a good restaurant nearby but it
