I live half an hour away in Staines and came across Forsight a couple of years ago as my nearest retailer for Silhouette frames. They've got me for life. I'm always completely, totally satisfied, Len and his team are fantastic people to deal with. Everything is pleasure and nothing is too much trouble. Keep up the great work 👏🏻

I have been a Forsight customer for over 20 years and they have always supported me brilliantly throughout numerous events/traumas (from losing my glasses in India on an angling holiday to suffering optical PVD in both eyes and having surgery for cataracts which they helped arrange for me with my local Health Authority). I have no words (unusually for me) to adequately express my gratitude to the Forsight team for their care and professionalism.

Was walking along when an arm fell off my glasses! Couldn't find the screw and had just dropped my car off for a service and my spare pair were in the car :(. popped into the shop on the off chance I could buy a new screw. Without hesitation they quickly replaced the screw and even gave them a clean! Just asked for a donation into their charity tin. Awesome service will be going back thanks :D
