You guys have totally changed how I feel about opticians. Impeccable customer service and really friendly. Fantastic range of frames and very reasonable on the pocket for the whole experience and quality glasses. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Give the Eye People a go you won't be disappointed. I certainly won't ever be going anywhere else.

Unlike today's retail chains, we give our patients the time needed for a complete eye test and consultation. Founded in 2013 by Hardeep Bahra and Nimesh Ghedia, who met at City University London. Since then they have built up many years' experience and expertise within optometry and are passionate about bespoke eye care and eye wear.
We guide you through every step of the process and are happy to answer any questions you may have during the appointment. We will start with pre-screening for diseases, and checking your eye pressure and peripheral vision. We'll then go onto taking a digital photograph of the back of your eye, followed by a further examination of the tissues within the eye using our Volk lens.
Our main defining piece of technology is the retinal scanner - the OCT. This is an Optical Coherence Tomography instrument that allows us to see beneath the surface of the back of your eye (the retina), which can detect any sign of an issue or disease. It gives us the most detailed information about your overall eye health by building a 3D model of your eye.

Tested and ordered glasses today. First impressions, Knowlegeable, Friendly, thorough examination. Clearly discussed and explained the findings and laid out the options available. Since my previous optician (who was excellent) retired I have tried various others but found that none were as good.
Until now that is. I have every confidence in the consultation, obviously the glasses will need to be delivered but I no concerns there.
I would rate this optician as amongst the best I have seen. Would thoroughly recommend.

My first eye test in 10 years and the experience was great. The Eye People is an independent business and the professionalism and personal touches demonstrated this perfectly. The advice received was excellent and I wasn't upsold - in fact I don't need to go back for 2 years, which is something I will definitely do!

Great eye care and bespoke designer glasses. I had a pair especially ordered in too. Good value and quality on contact lenses and postal service. Clued up on lens technology. I’ve been getting my eyes checked here for the past 3 years since moving to the area, and continue to do so. Their range of sunglasses is good too. It’s a nice little tranquil place with designer specs.
