Lifestuff Counselling Service
Lifestuff counselling centre is run by Julie Wells and Rachel Browne to provide top quality professional counselling services in a comfortable and private setting for individuals, couples, young people and senior executives. We believe that everyone can have an amazing life and that counselling can help you get there.

After the breakdown of my marriage, Rachel has helped me to rediscover myself in ways that I would never have thought of. It has been a tough ride in which I now only look back, to see how far I have come. I feel at ease with my new circumstances and look forward to the future rather than fear it. I have looked forward to my sessions each week knowing that I can talk, laugh or cry with someone who has helped me learn that all of the above is ok.
Services
Lifestuff counselling centre was set up by Julie Wells (left) and Rachel Browne (right) to provide top quality professional counselling services in a comfortable and private setting for individuals, couples, young people and senior executives. Julie - I offer counselling support to men, women, and young people who are trying to make sense of what's going on or make changes in their lives.
Whether you are at a point of crisis and need help, or at a crossroads in life and need a fresh perspective, we are experienced in supporting people to create lasting change in every area of their lives. Addiction happens when you become dependent on something, often as a means to escape from other problems you are having or to mask unwanted emotions.
Are you facing a crisis and need someone to talk with, or at a crossroads and need help choosing a different path? The strategies we may use to cope often interfere with the way we want to live our lives and can damage our most important relationships. We might have family or friends to talk with but we feel unable to do so.
Many relationships experience hiccups at one time or another, and at these times it can help if we can understand who we are as individuals, who we are as partners and the part that we play in our relationships. In families where we can have more than one role, we still need to remember or appreciate who we are as individuals, especially when those roles change, or are challenged with time.
My post qualification professional development has encompassed training in working with Eating Disorders from the NCFED and more recently, Eating Psychology Training with the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. Eating Disorders: I am happy to work with people with disordered eating, in a one to one relationship or as part of a medical and psychological support team, including Anorexia, Bulimia and Binge Eating.
