IN Person Classes on Saturday Mornings (Live streamed for those unable to attend in person) Pregnancy yoga is a beautiful way for a pregnant woman to allow herself the opportunity to connect inwards with herself and her baby. We are offering a variety of yoga classes (Face to Face & Live Streamed) in East Finchley & High Barnet for those that are interested in beginning or continuing their journey of Yoga.
Over 3 years this training will give you the opportunity to delve in to asana, anatomy, pranayama, meditation and the philosophy and history of yoga. You will build knowledge and confidence in all these areas which will not only help develop your personal practice but more importantly you will learn the skills to teach and share this knowledge safely and effectively as a yoga teacher.

Services
We offer a variety of local yoga classes for those that are interested in beginning or continuing their journey of Yoga. All classes are Hatha Yoga classes, blending together different traditions from the various and generous teachers that we have been blessed to work with over the years. These include Vinyasa, Scaravelli, Restorative and Viniyoga as well as in depth study of Pranayama and Mindfulness Meditation.
Sunnah Rose has been practicing yoga for many years but became truly inspired during a trip to India. It is amazing how your mind and body feel after just doing a few simple exercises. I love the awareness Yoga has given me of my body and mind. Yoga brings not only stillness and calm but also an indescribable energy and feeling of bliss.

Combining their years of yoga skills for all you new mamas they are offering baby yoga followed by postnatal yoga for mamas. In the baby yoga session you will learn some wonderful holds to help protect and support your backs as your babies grow heavier.

Sunnah is a fantastic Yoga teacher and human being. Extremely warm, experienced and knowledgable - she really goes out of her way to help her students. I took Sunnah's foundations of yoga course and it really helped me to strengthen my practice and has given me the confidence to pursue further in Yoga. I would highly recommend Sunnah teachings.

My first class with Sunnah was at pregnancy yoga, which I honestly cannot recommend enough. Even up to my 40th week of pregnancy, I felt so, so much better after one of Sunnah’s sessions. Since then, I have attended her restorative yoga classes, which are AMAZING. I always feel relaxed and energised afterwards and her recent collaboration with a nutritional therapist was really inspired. Sunnah is an excellent teacher, and I’ve been recommending her classes to as many people locally as I can!

I have attended four yoga retreats with Sunnah and whole heartedly recommend her as yoga teacher. She is fun, clear in her instructions, and supportive in her teaching. She inspires my confidence. On each course I have felt pleased with my progress and have felt that regardless of my older age that I could fully take part in all the postures and breathing exercises. Thank you Sunnah.

Sunnah is a lovely, welcoming and skilled teacher. Her classes leave myself and my partner feeling calmer, yet energised, and our bodies always feel better than they did going in. Sunnah (and all other teachers at this school) reallly know what they are doing and ensure that all students heal their bodies and increase their abilities each week. Highly recommend!

I have done Postnatal Yoga Classes with my third baby with Sunnah and it was absolutely perfect!! She is really skilful and experience teacher (have done many years yoga on and off) and she was absolutely a star with my baby :-). She made me feel welcome and inclusive to her class. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!!!
