Services
We work hard to do our best for all our children and aim for them to make good progress from their starting points whenever they join our school. We see everyone as being part of our little Ampfield family and we refer to the Bible reference, "I am the good shepherd, I know my own and my own know me" to help guide us.
We pride ourselves in delivering the best education possible to our children, as demonstrated through our consistently good Ofsted inspections and achievement results. As well as offering a high quality of teaching and extracurricular activities to our pupils, we are committed to ensuring that our pupils receive the best pastoral care and support, too.
Hopefully, the video above has been useful in showing you a little bit about our schools! However, we know that choosing your child's first school is a big step. Please do not hesitate in getting in contact with us via our school offices. John Keble has a Published Admission Number (PAN) of 30 children per year and Ampfield has a PAN of 12 children per year group.
Our federation has a strong foundation in the Christian Values of: Love, Forgiveness, Trust, Hope. This document will be developed on an ongoing basis from the input of federation staff and other stakeholders where possible. To be strong and consistent as a learning community with shared values and expertise; focused on learning and personal development in an aspirational Christian environment.
The Trust Deed states that Ampfield CofE Primary School was founded in 1895 after moving from the original school house further along Knapp Lane which had become unsuitable for continued use. The school that eventually became John Keble CofE Primary School was founded in 1839 in the village of Hursley.
