Nigel has been involved in retail for nearly three decades, with over twenty years dedicated to running his own chain of bicycle shops, he is not only passionate about cycling but also extremely dedicated to first class customer service. Nigel is a bit of a roadie but by no means a stranger to a hardtail or full susser.
When not cycling through the New Forest or off road trails there's nothing he likes more than relaxing in his garden and looking after his bee hives & watching them work tirelessly. Nothing is too much trouble for the guys at Giant. Bought my bike in the summer with an excellent recommendation and they have adjusted free of charge for me. After a recent mechanical failure, they repaired and got me back on the road in no time at all. Would highly recommend this for all your bike needs. Thanks again.

I came in to this store for the very first time in my life, with limited knowledge and unusual questions about a bike I purchased elsewhere. Every single member of staff was very helpful and despite not purchasing anything, I was given a few bits from their box of odd bits which got me out of trouble. I cannot recommend them enough and I will be visiting again. Thanks genlemen, you have impressed me very much with your will to help a stranger out!

Excellent service, and very helpful staff. This was our first look at electric bikes and a voice from the back of the shop, (Chris if I remember rightly), asked if we needed any help then took the time to explain the current worldwide bike shortage and then went through the models they had in stock. We found 2 we liked and he helped us get the right sizes and fitted them to us and also included a generous package of accessories in the price. Quick drink and a meal at the Bittern pub next door and the bikes where ready to ride back to our campsite. Only issue, we hadn't thought how we were going

After looking for a particular bike model over lockdown i was pleased to see it in stock at Southampton. I took a punt and drove down to check it out. Exact model I was after and i asked if it was possible to take it away same day and the guys said yes, give us an hour. Andy helpfully suggested a local retail park where I could kill some time and an hour later on the dot i got a phone call confirming the bike had gone from display model to ready to ride. Very much appreciated as i had driven a good distance and this meant i could take it for a spin at local park on the way home. Really friendly

At the beginning it seamed to be going well then I got a call a couple of day before it should of been in to say it's going to be 4weeks behind because there was a big order had been placed. I wasn't happy but there was nothing I could do about it. Then spoke to someone 5weeks after it should of been in, to be told It should be in next week as it's on that delivery slot, great so I thought I would then get my bike and will be able to get to work. Just tried to go in to buy a new saddle. Despite being open front door is locked, with about 4 people in the shop (apparently this is ‘extremely busy’, unsurprisingly with how they treat customers) left standing outside so will buy online instead and future purchases elsewhere.
Guess they must be doing really well to be acting like some kind of exclusive nightclub, rather than a shop, keeping customers waiting outside, so don’t expect losing business bothers these jokers.

I took my Scott Foil to the store following noticing some issues with it. My bike came from a so called 'premier' Scott dealership which was some distance from my address, it had recently been rebuilt following… a frame replacement under warranty. It appears they did not too a very good job.
As a result, I did not have the energy or the trust to drive to the Scott dealership. This Giant store was the nearest bike shop from my home address.
Chris who works at the store did an excellent job on my bike, the speed of contact was extremely prompt from my first contact, the work was done quickly

I've been going to this shop for two years now and it is for a good reason. They have a wide selection of bikes and technical clothing for both men and woman and all sorts of stuff you ever need for your bike. The staff led by Micky is very helpful, well prepared to tackle any kind of mechanical issues or just up for a chat about the happenings of the industry.
