We're a Southampton bike shop offering an extensive range of cycle related services to the hampshire area and further afield. We pride ourselves in having a professional but very friendly service, where customers can come to our store relax on the sofas, talk bikes, have a coffee and generally get a good vibe from the place, making us very approachable, something we believe is not offered from enough companies or has been lost over time.
We cater for all aspects and disciplines from Road to MTB, Cyclocross to BMX Racing and currently have 7 bmx team riders invited to represent GB in the world championships in Holland this year.

Services
Our Click & Collect service offers all the benefits of shopping online combined with specialist personal retail experience in one of our stores. Simply order your items, select Click & Collect and pick up your item at a time that's convenient for you. Best of all the service is completely FREE! Choose a store of your liking, click continue and complete the rest of our standard checkout steps and you're ready to collect your item in store.
Final check over of all nuts and bolts and test ridden to ensure correct operation and use of bike. Drivetrain (chain, cassette, chainset and mechs) completely removed and cleaned in our parts washer. Every part of the bike is cleaned in our parts washer/ultra sonic cleaner and inspected for wear and damage.

I called up with little knowledge about what actually needed to be fixed, the owner let me come in later to help with my issue and find the most affordable option for me. I set off on a cycle ride this morning but after an hour or so the cogs on my bike were so loose the chain kept slipping off and I couldn’t peddle. My friend googled cycle repair shops and that is how we stumbled upon DC Cycles. Well, what can I say? The guy looked at my bike straight away, found the problem and started to repair it. No fuss, no bother, nothing was too much trouble for him. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful and gave me some great advice on how to keep my bike in good condition. I give 5 stars to DC Cycles, I went on a bike ride with my friend, when something on her bike failed, resulting in her not able to peddle. We googled this as the closest place, and went there on the off chance, the service she got from him was amazing, such a lovely guy, very helpful, explained what had gone wrong, he was very busy but still made time to fix it, so we didn't have to walk all the way home. The workshop is upstairs but he carried the bike all the way up and back down again. I would definitely recommend DC Cycles 100 %

Took my bike in for service after seeing first hand the workmanship at Denham’s shop. Never disappointed very helpful Knowledgable and friendly staff. Very happy with my bike feels so much better than when it… went in for service and few new parts. Price is also very reasonable for what you get. Highly recommend this shop for all your biking needs. 👍👌
