Having read the mostly negative reviews I was unsure of what level of service I would receive from Wiggle but, nevertheless, I proceeded to purchase a bike from them via Ebay.
I can only say what my own experience of Wiggle Cycles is:
Excellent communication and first rate service in as much that my order was dealt with promptly, my many questions answered knowledgeably and delivery was fast with the bike well package and protected.
I now have a brand new bike at least £500 cheaper than the list price.
Once again, thanks to all concerned.

Wiggle's quality of service is rapidly declining!
Over the past few weeks I have had problem after problem with Wiggle orders, ranging from not getting the Wiggle+ delivery service I have paid for, buying goods and then being told they're not in stock and even being sent used/damaged parts when they are listed as new.
The old Covid-19 excuse just doesn't wash. You're extremely close to losing my custom permanently.
Over the past few weeks I have had problem after problem with Wiggle orders, ranging from not getting the Wiggle+ delivery service I have paid for, buying goods and then being told they're not in stock and even being sent used/damaged parts when they are listed as new.

Parcel could not be delivered due to their courier not updating their collection options. Parcel now being returned to themselves as stated on their couriers website, but they won’t issue a refund until they have carried out a investigation into the courier which takes FIVE DAYS.
No resending of order option offered on their online chat, was told that I had to just wait it out for the 5 days.
Requested refund, but declined. Contacting paypal to get a refund.

Absolutely clueless.
These people don't seem to understand some very basic things about bicycles, they send out the wrong stuff constantly.
They then use bad logistics companies that either lose the goods (no tracking, smart) or stuff turns up destroyed.
Wheels dented, forks scratched, clothing ripped and so on. . .
You send stuff back with tracking, you see they receive it and still you need to chase them up for a refund.
Then they have the cheek to offer a measly 10% refund.
You need to train your staff so they know what all the standards are in cycling. They don't have a clue about bb

Excellent customer service and prices, especially on their discounted end of season sales. I have been very happy with them and always get what I wanted when I wanted it. They do cycling, running, swimming and triathlon gear. I can certainly recommend them although - if I have a complaint - and I usually do lol - they send out a few too many emails if you have signed up for their newsletter. Apart from that - 4/5.
