Ucci's yoga is inspired by nature, by the ebb and flow of waves, the drift of a current, the unfurling of a flower bud, breath on a breeze, and warmth from the sun. Energy in all its forms. Ucci's commitment to yoga has fostered a distinctive practice that somehow draws movement out of the body rather than imposing movement on it.
A naturally warm and caring person, Ucci was drawn to yoga many years ago and has been teaching since 2005 in the UK, Sweden and other parts of Europe. Throughout this time, she has continued to train and develop and has amassed a huge amount of experience. Ucci has taken residential courses with Donna Farhi, Shiva Rea, Ana Forrest, Tias Little, Julie Martin, Judith Hanson Lasater (restorative yoga) and Lisa Petersen (somatic movement).
