I studied at the world renowned Quest Institute in Regents University, London and I am a qualified and registered Cognitive Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner and accredited supervisor. My passion has always been helping people to make real change in their lives. Over the years I have helped many people to overcome their anxiety and their fears to help them feel more in control and unlock more of their potential.

Cognitive Hypnotherapy (an evidence based therapy) is a gentle modern approach to hypnotherapy, which has at its core, the understanding that not only are we all unique but that we all interact with the world in our own unique way. We can all encounter obstacles in our life and there might be times when it feels difficult to see a way forward.

My work has always revolved around working closely with people. Spending the vast majority of my adult working life as a Record Producer, spending sixteen hour days and sometime for weeks on end, in the studio. It was creative, pressured and demanding and I saw some amazing results while working with some incredible people.
Cognitive Hypnotherapy is like a conversation between you and me where we discuss your issue and any underlying habits that are connected to it. We can then work together to find your ideal solution and help you to move towards it, overcoming any blocks that may be in the way. My belief is that we are all unique and as such any treatment plan is made specifically for each person I work with.
I am qualified as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist having trained at the Quest Institute with Trevor Sylvester. I have also attained my Master Practitioner in NLP, again at the Quest Institute and after 3 years of seeing clients and some additional training in addiction, smoking cessation and further NLP work outside of the Quest fold, I felt the desire to go a little further.
As I have said previously, everyone is unique and as such treatment plans will vary from client to client. To give you an idea and taken as an average, most of my clients see me for between 4 and 8 sessions. The first session can last up to 90 minutes with follow up sessions usually lasting around 50-60 minutes.
