I am one of only a few Certificated NLP and Health Practitioners in the UK, and a Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP. This means that I have comprehensively studied how hypnotherapy can help with a wide range of illness and diseases. In my work with individuals in clinics and organisations I have helped thousands of clients transform their lives.

I provide coaching and therapy online using Skype, Zoom, and HIPAA compliant platforms for people living in the US.

How we do things well so that we can do them more often and how we do things badly so we can stop doing them. It is widely accepted that as the mind and the body work as one; the way you are thinking results in immediate bodily responses. If you are overstressed or giving yourself negative mental messages, this has an immediate effect on your body which eventually can result in pain and illness.
In my practice I use the Alpha-Stim to facilitate treatment of depression, anxiety, stress and insomnia. Using an Alpha-Stim helps clients regain control and balance in their lives. It enhances therapy sessions which specifically address individual needs. Alpha-Stim can either be rented or purchased so it can be used daily at home, initially for about an hour a day.
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing. It is now the most researched and widely used therapy for resolving Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. EMDR is a way of unblocking the emotions and allowing the trauma to be processed naturally. EMDR is fast, effective and provides a permanent therapeutic change in just a few sessions for conditions that may not have been shifted over many years.
Just as you can only properly learn a new skill, such as driving a car, by doing it, I teach you how to get into the relaxed and pleasant state of hypnosis. While you are in this state I then teach you how to do it self-hypnosis. I teach self hypnosis as an important part of deepening and maintaining the therapy we do together.
There is a part of the brain called the amygdala whose job it is to scan our experience for danger so as to keep us safe. It gets its information from what is going on in our environment, from our thoughts and from the messages we give through our posture. If we think anxious thoughts or imagine anxious situations occurring, the amygdala begins to prepare us for fighting, freezing or fleeing.
