I use Cognitive Hypnotherapy because it's a powerful evidence based approach at the cutting edge of therapy.

I'm kind, gentle, non-judgmental and would love to help you with that. I combine a relaxed mind with a variety of techniques to guide each client to reach the solution that they want to achieve.

As a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Confidence Expert I've studied and continue to study what makes people happy and unhappy. I've learned why people often behave the way they do and how to help people who want to stop doing, thinking and feeling things that have been making them unhappy.

I don't judge what you should or shouldn't be doing - you tell me what's making you unhappy and how you'd prefer to be and together we'll use the skills I've learned to help you to overcome whatever it is that you want to change.When clients come to see me they're usually focusing on what they're not good at although I know that they have many skills, qualities or abilities that they're not currently using.
As a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and confidence expert, I work using a modern evidence based approach that can help with many of life's problems including anxiety, stress, nerves, phobias, eating disorders, public speaking, sleep and much more. Are you regularly overeating until you're uncomfortable, eating too quickly, eating when you're not hungry, eating secretly, feeling embarrassed, ashamed and/or guilty?. It can be triggered by stress, loneliness, tiredness, boredom, feeling not good enough, not worthy enough etc. Diets alone rarely help because they don't address the underlying negative emotions that keep the habit in place.
Are there times when you feel anxious, overwhelmed by your emotions and unable to think clearly or positively?. When anxiety arrives it causes intense, powerful, scary feelings that overwhelm us and so we naturally try to stop them and try to avoid the triggers or situations that make it worse. The more we try to avoid the anxious feelings, the worse they get.
I've worked with women who have experienced eating disorders of all different kinds and for many different reasons. I create a safe, comfortable nurturing space, without judgment where we can work together to help you create a happier and more fulfilling life. I design treatment plans that are tailor-made to the needs of every individual client because the reasons for eating disorders are so varied.
