Oat Hill Farm Boarding Kennels are a friendly family run kennels with 20 years experience of caring for the dogs in your life. We are dedicated to the well-being of your dog's and our aim is to try to make their stay with us a pleasant and stress free experience. Please take a look around to view our services along with photos of the kennels and some of our boarders.
If you have any questions please contact us, we will be happy to help in any way possible. We require all out dogs to be fully vaccinated and ask customers to bring their vaccination records with them. If we are unable to see an up to date record on arrival we will ask permission to check with your vet.

Services
If you're already doing agility training but would like to practice in-between classes, improve your time or practice with a particular piece of equipment or simply have more fun with your dog then why not get in touch. We also have enclosed fields for hire without equipment. The Agility Area is available for hire 7 days a week from 8am till 8pm (including bank holidays).

We have 4 greyhounds who love to run and a secure field is a must. Oat Hill farms field is super secure, with great fencing, fresh water and lots of great enrichment planters for the dogs when they're done running after 5 minutes.
I also really like that they have double gates from the field to the rest of the kennels.
Good value and always clean. They have a lovely pony next door our dogs were intrigued with and agility equipment should your dog be the energetic or obedient type.

After moving back to the area after many years we had Oathill recommended to us for boarding our two Airedales. We can't thank Sarah enough for everything over the past 3 months. Our girls have been excited to go everytime we've dropped them off. Poppy had medical issues a couple of times which needed care, I phoned Sarah and she said no worries ill sort everything she needs while your away and she did, she was amazing. Such a wonderful family run Kennels, cant recommend them highly enough.

We visited this morning for the first time. My pup met up with his mum and sister in the secure field. The agility equipment was set out ready for use in the following sessions however we were allowed to use at no extra charge. I've used other secure fields before which had equipment however my dog was never interested, until now, he absolutely loved it. All the dogs had a fantastic time, great size field and plenty to keep them entertained. Would definitely recommend and will hope to book back in soon. ☺️

This is an amazing place! We took our Labrador for the first time today and she absolutely loved it. We hired out the agility field and it was great! Lots of space, lots of high quality, well built, sturdy equipment and extremely secure. There are numerous gates you walk through on your way to the field which adds an extra sense of comfort - if your dog is one that would try make a run for it, they won’t get far! Brilliant place, highly recommend!!

Been up to use their agility field for the 3rd time today and it generally is our favourite place to be.
Me and my dog have done agility for over 4 years now and its the only place within an hours drive that had full kc standard equipment and rubberised contacts.
I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try agility! 🐶

Our first time using the secure paddock today and wow it’s amazing. Such a wonderful relief to know we are safe and secure while having a lovely wander around and a little play and training. Can’t recommend it enough for those with a new dog, to start generalising your training or if you have a reactive dog. Fabulous

My dog after 10 days came back nearly 20 pounds lighter, gave them food (meat) for 12 days plus dry food, got nothing back, unfortunately my lass has picked dog up because i broke my leg on holidays and she never asked question what the hell happened with him?, even if he was missing us and did not eat, at least they should gave food back, will never use their service again

Wonderfully friendly and caring people. Have looked after my dog every year when we go away and he is always well fed, exercised and happy when we pick him up. They cared for my dog after he had had an operation and were great about giving medication and checking bandages too. Would not leave my dog with anyone else but Oat Hill Kennels.
