Ingleby Bunny Boarding caters for short or long stay holiday boarding for rabbits and guinea pigs. Based in Ingleby Barwick we can house either single, pairs or groups of rabbits or guinea pigs in purpose built sheltered accommodation in a fully enclosed, safe, quiet garden. Indoor rabbits and guinea pigs will be looked after in our insulated shed.

We can also offer small animal boarding for hamsters, mice, gerbils, chinchillas, degus etc. We decided there was a need for a local bunny boarding service after the previous year when our usual bunny sitter 's holidays overlapped with our own holidays, leaving us with a tough choice to make about who we could ask to look after our bunnies.

Vaccination Information Report

Myxomatosis is a severe viral disease of rabbits that decimated the wild rabbit population when it arrived in Britain 50 years ago. Domestic rabbits are also susceptible to the disease and deaths in pets are reported every year. How can pets catch Myxomatosis? The main route of infection is through fleas and mosquitoes that have previously bitten an infected rabbit.

Once again Dawn @ Ingleby Bunny Boarding helped us out massively by being able to look after our pet rabbit, Ziggy. This lady and her family are an absolute Godsend and a massive help.
