The young Dutch vet who treated my dog Rosie this morning was absolutely 100%!. He explained everything in depth and ensured I understood. He actually managed to make me feel calmer which is a miracle as I always fall to bits when my dog is hurt.
Overall I was hugely impressed and appreciative of this chap.
Apologies if he is not Dutch.

I had an 1130 appointment with this vets waited 2hrs for the veterinarian to see my cat. When I questioned how come 2 other people were seen before me. The horrible nurse said she was trying to help me. Then came out with the bullocks and said I was rude. After yet more waiting, the vet then decides to come in. Because I had the nerve to question the wait time. She then threatens to withdraw her service. So after 2hrs and a £90.00 bill. I'm still none the wiser of my cats problem. Would never use this vets again. Totally unprofessional rude and unhelpful. Worst service I've ever had to witness

Whilst holidaying in the area, my elderly dog became ill. She already had multiple health issues and after having a bad turn it was necessary to take her to the vet. Fortunately,
I had previously registered her as precaution.
After blood tests it was clear Sandy was seriously ill and I had to make the decision that all pet owners dread.
I just want to say a heart felt thank you to the staff. Their compassion and dedication made my experience that little bit easier. They allowed me to take all the time I needed to say goodbye to my beloved Sandy. Their love for the job and the animals they care

First time visit for Evie's post spay check up. Staff were lovely and helpful. Owners are now allowed in which I know is of concern to many. Nurse was very gentle and I think the vaccination hurt me more than the cat! Note; the surgery is accessible from Suffolk Road
