Our dog was diagnosed at another local vets with a malignant mast cell tumour on his muzzle. Due to reasons beyond their control and in alignment with other vets in the area, they were unable to operate in good time.
We approached Pakefield and were quickly seen by Alex and given an operating date a week later.
This was completed today and we are very pleased with the outcome. Everything was explained clearly and
the care was exemplary.
We are very grateful to the practice and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Shame on you I thought I found a vet that cared 😔 your lack of care towards my beautiful boy reggie a rottweiler age 3 caused him to die 💔 no he didn't like vets he was muzzled and put up a struggle if you couldn't deal with him you should had said I would had found some else to treat him 💔 what ever you gave him to sedation him killed him yes he did have diabetes but he was doing OK he was eating running about until you sedation him 😢 telling me he would be OK by 2pm and he wasn't phoned you at night you said bring him up we did you had no assistance so won't put him on a drip sent

Took my rottweiler for blood test the vet was in such a rush to give him the sedation he gave. Him a stronger one than he had given him before and classed him as a vicious dog he.did not try to approach my dog just sneek. behind him and stick needle in my dog had diabetes and needed was not happy with seeing vet so we muzzled him and held onto him after the second sedation there was something wrong my dog got very ill phoned vet and he said dont worry wait until 2 oclock he will. be ok he wasn't took him back to him he gave him a anti sickness injection and a antibiotic one stilll ill following

I called at 9.15 on sunday morning for a vet to see my 15 year old dog who had been being sick for couple of days I am not registered with this vet in fact am registered with another local vet but did not wish to go there .I was asked some questions about my dog and a bit of history and was given an appointment for 9.30 . On arrival the receptionist was lovely and the vet Alex was also very calming caring friendly and professional. He took my dog and examined him and gave me 2 x options of treatment of which we chose one and an appoitment for 2 days time . I will be keeping with this vet as I.

Our cockapoo picked up a tick on her eyelid whilst we were at Kessingland for a week. We phoned Pakefield Veterinary Clinic and even though we are not registered with them they made us an appointment for a later the same day. When we went along the nurse was very nice and Ruby was happy to go with her. Tick removed, we were advised on what to look out for and told they will gladly help if anything develops after the removal. The charge was very very good, we were pleasantly surprised.

A big thanks to the Receptionist/Admin lady Pam who was cheerful and very helpful. She was very efficient registering my furry children across from Three Rivers, Kessingland; all of whom (not the Vet) get info wrong and have personalities of an ironing board! 🙄.
