Bournemouth Coach and Rail station is located 6 miles away and a 10 minute taxi ride to the bridge house. Poole train station is location 7 miles away and is a 15 minute taxi journey. Buses are also available. Bournemouth airport is only 4 miles away from the bridge house. If you are staying with us you can get a taxi through United Taxi's for a set fare of just 14.00.

Excellent Xmas Dinner, staff were very polite, but as it was Xmas you felt a little rushed. Food very good. Picturesque area on the river. Great choice at the bar. Only down side is its on a very busy road that does get snarled up so allow extra time to get there

Great hotel, stayed for one night and booked 2 rooms. Reception staff were pleasant and friendly. The rooms were very clean and a good size. The hotel allow you to leave your car in the car park for up to 2 weeks if you book a room. It was a good place to stop prior to our week away abroad.

What a lovely place. Very conveniently located for touring the area. The room had a lovely view of the river. The restaurant was good value and you must try the Bridgehouse burger! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

We chose this property above the others in the area as it was fresh clean and convenient for our travel needs.
We got the standard room for the one night at a cost we thought was reasonable. It was very easy to check in and out and the staff were lovely. On check in we were asked if we wanted to book dinner and breakfast.
The grounds are lush and green! A little stream and a large back terrace and garden just loved it!
The room had towels and shower gel which I was not expecting as on the site I booked from (booking.com) it said only tissue was provided.
There is also a hair dryer, hangers
