The worst experience of my life, so dirty, very rude staff they couldn't care less. Spiders everywhere, floor hasn't been vacuumed what looks like weeks.
I like old places, but rude and dirty are not a good mix, I wouldn't pay £20.00 to stay in this room. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!!!
SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!! 0 stars

It’s an old hotel located in a good location. Room was a bit cold and bed a bit hard. But for £65 for a big family room none of us really cared. Staff cheerful and welcoming which is nice.

Perfect position for visiting Bournemouth,no need to use car once you've parked in hotel everything a few mins walk, shops, restaurants, pubs, clubs takeaways.beach 10 min down hill with bus stop right outside. We stayed end of season ,did not eat in hotel just used as a base, staff friendly ,allowed us to check in early and park free also park for two hours after we checked out so I could have lunch with my son who is a student at Bournemouth university. The rooms are in need of updating but were clean , beds were comfortable, tea and coffee, milk topped up daily and the shower gel and soap replaced

I apparently got a misleading auto response from Booking.com saying "Free Parking is not Guaranteed and we will guide you to the nearest public car park!". But when booking, it did say there was free parking. So I asked my reservation to be cancelled as I ended up booking another hotel. This cancellation was declined due to the hotel's Cancellation Policy. When I called up the hotel and politely told them that I was misled with the message I received, the grumpy man (who might be the owner of the hotel) started screaming on the phone to me saying: "You are NOT my customer, you are the customer

It was the most disgusting hotel we had ever been to, it was one of the worst experiences of our life. The room didn’t even a bed side socket for paying £144 you expect a bed side socket. Toilet didn’t flush, very rude night receptionist, don’t ever go in this hotel it’s one of the most disgusting places to go.

Really nice hotel. Spacious twin room. Plus lift to get to all floors.
We had lovely hot weather which enabled us to sunbathe outside round the lovely outdoor pool and patio area. This is a fab feature of this hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. X
