We offer a wide range of 81 well-presented bedrooms. All rooms are fully equipped with en suite facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, freeview television, free Wi-Fi and complimentary toiletries. A standard room with a double bed with a separate children room with either 2 single beds or a bunk bed suitable for children aged up to 14 years.

I stayed in a twin room with my daughter and we had a great time.
All of the staff were really friendly and helpful.
The hotel was possibly the cleanest I've stayed in. The decor is a little old/dated - but it's all very clean and we'll taken care of.
The only (tiny) issue was that the room was very hot (couldn't turn the radiator off - may have been user error) and the tv couldn't pick up many channels.

We went there 2 years very good. But changed hands gone down the pan. One night not enough food to go round. Bedroom was a dive hole in carpet wallpaper coming off wall. Waited an hour in-between meals at night. Bed felt all the springs and both had bad backs. Sorry to say wouldn't go again for what it cost it was not good

If You Like Cold Food You'll Love It Hear! I Was Really Looking Forward To A Full English & The Food Was Cold Which To Me Isnt Fresh & Screams Alarm Bells As To How Long It Had Been Left Out For. The "Gym" Only Had 3 Pieces Of Equipment For Arm Exercises & The Equipment That Wasn't It Use Were Still On Full Display, With Out Of Order Signs, Covered In Rust. Was Also Looking Forward To Using The Sauna Which Wasn't Even Working, But Even If It Was The Thick Dirt On The Floor Put Me Off Straight Away & The Shower Drains Looked Blocked With Filthy Water Coming Out Of The Drain. I attended a work conference here and the hotel and staff seemed really friendly and approachable. The building on the outside looks more like a block of offices than a hotel but internally it is lovely. My personal favourite part of this hotel is all the photos of dogs on the walls.
The reason for 4 stars is the parking situation. Extremely tight with not a lot of parking and had to double park 4 cars which wasn't ideal. This doesn't also help when 1/3 of the car park was taped off. Apart from that though seems like a lovely place to stay and is a stone's throw from the beach.

Liked · Room was clean, the cleaners are doing a good job with what they have. Location is very convenient with the beach, restaurants, shops, cinema only a short walk away.
Disliked · The hotel is shabby. Pool and jacuzzi were operational, but gym equipment, sauna and pool showers were out of order. The shower in the hotel room had all but no water pressure, made worse by the old/rusty shower hose that leaked. The furniture in the rooms is old and water stained. The TV in the room had terrible reception; unusable. Remote did not work. The

First thing, rooms were very expensive. With the price i had high expection going in, sad to say the room were old and outdated. Windows where dirty and it felt like one of those cheap hostel. Travel lodge and Premier inn are much cheaper and have higher standards. They had a swimming pool, but it's very small. I stayed in a family room, the toilet had some mould, and the extractor was not working. Since the toilet did not have any windows, so you could imagine what happened next. I have stayed in some really amazing hotel for half the price. This has to be one of the worst hotel for value. Only
