One of the worst hotel in my experience. I had a scary experience in there. Someone stolen my phone and wallet while we were sleeping in the room. I mean how does it possible in a hotel!!!Wake up in the early morning and you see your belongings are missing from your room!!! We have asked for help but hotel authority or staffs didn’t help at all so we made a police complaint. I don’t believe someone from outside came in the hotel and stolen things without knowing hotel’s staff so it must be any guests or hotel staffs. There are CC tv cameras but hotel authority lastly said these are fake cameras

On arrival we were directed to the hotel next door so didn’t actually stop in this hotel. Unadvertised/ expected deposit of £50 on arrive. Spoken to through security shutters at reception (not very pleasant) Iron burns in carpet, wardrobe door mirror smashed, shower tray filled and flooded so had to wash hair off in sink! Lift was broken, music from hotel on arrive at 14:00 a 23:00. When spoke to staff about issues they were unhelpful and defensive/rude. Do not
Stop here.
Stop here.

One of the worst hotels I have ever had the displeasure of staying in, people drinking outside, music blaring from the moment we arrived at 2pm till 11pm, room was dirty, with stains all over the bed, we booked a double room with a double bed, but they had pushed two single beds together that weren’t even the same height and covered them with a sheet! Cigarette and iron burns in the carpet! Plug hole in the shower was blocked so flooded the room! Spoke the staff about my disappointment and was told that it was my up to me to report any problems but I explained that I’m willing to accept that

It a very quiet hotel but this was in the covid-19 times. It seems to be a good cheap hotel. Not bad for the price though it seems to have a bar on it. I like to come back then it all opens up to see it my opinion has changed. It is a £50 deposit too. I never met any staff at the time I was here. The bed mattress was soft but the bed frame was felling apart. The shower after one used it still doesn't stop running out. I did try to get hold of someone but it seems like they only here to to check you out or check you in.

Okay so this hotel needs a lot of deep cleaning, it was absolutely horrific and a lot of things needed fixing that were broken and to be honest a lot of the electricals seemed quite unsafe, The bedding had blood on it and the shower literally sprayed everywhere. I’m giving them 2 stars though Because it was my birthday the staff were actually really lovely And even said happy birthday to me and what have you so I will give them credit

I booked for two nights but preferred to just stay for the one night. Luckily, I had in my car boot my double sleeping bag
I was dsappointed by the damp & peeling wallpaper in the shower room & the bedroom. My twin room did not have space for two single beds. The other bed was almost touching the dresser. The curtain needed replacing. The shower looked a bit fragile.
The building would benefit from a complete damp treatment & refurbishment & with lots of ventilation. The dining room was serving breakfast in a large room that had what looked like an unfinished room.
