Services
It is a traditional pub in every sense, whether you fancy a Sunday Roast by the cosy open fires after a winter walk or a cool glass of wine whilst reading your book in the pretty secluded garden. In the same family ownership for over 20 years, it won't be long before the welcoming staff and friendly locals will make you feel like it is your "local" too!
When it comes to choosing our beers we always try to give as much choice as possible. Selecting a range of strengths, styles and flavours from local/independent breweries. Our team of bar staff are more than happy to offer you a taster or advice on what you might enjoy. Keep an eye on our "whats on" board for our regular tasting evenings!
We believe that our menu should reflect the traditional style and values of the Old Spot. Eating is an in-formal affair here, its about enjoying good value, good quality food in a relaxed atmosphere! Gloucestershire, at every opportunity. Our menu includes both traditional & modern favourites, lighter options and our famous "Doorstep Sandwiches".
The Old Spot Inn is located in the Cotswold market town of Dursley, with great access to the Cotswold way and surrounding countryside. We are highly recommended by most if not all Cotswold way guides and are happy point wayward travelers in the right direction. We are located next to the bus station with excellent services to the surrounding area.

Came here for lunch after a walk, really lovely pub, warm and inviting.
One of the waitresses who worked there ( I don't know her name, unfortunately) was simply delightful!
She offered meat to my dates dog, who after a long walk was starving and enjoyed his lunch - on the house!
We ordered a meat platter which was beautifully presented. The service was prompt and efficient, our waitress couldn't do enough.
I believe in writing good reviews if the service is expectional, and it was!
Lovely pub, highly reccomend.

Walked in thinking it was a great pub, lovely beer garden and I would come here more often. Walked out feeling like I won't come back. Got my table outside taken over by "the bosses girlfriend" and her mates, so sat inside and the place changed atmosphere very quickly, and not in a good way. Shame, because the staff are lovely, good beer, nice pub. But I won't be coming back.

An interesting pub. Very clean and fresh. Pleasantly busy. A very old pub but in first class condition. A good range of beers, not bad prices. Anywhere that serves Thatchers Haze is in my good books! I was there at lunchtime time, and I had a well priced tasty meal. Service was excellent, very friendly. I will look forward to going back.
