Applied for various jobs and they don't even bother to acknowledge or contact you
Fill in a form they requested before they will speak with you, then still don't bother to acknowledge etc.
Wouldn't waste your time. Only award winning if you fit their criteria. People can take constructive feedback but to just ignore is just plain rude. Scheduled a call but didn't actually call, I emailed to say no documents and having trouble with documents. Rang regarding a position and then said, oh I'll get my colleague to ring you too discuss. You need to listen to them to calls and maybe improve on your

I have worked with Joanne as both a recruiter and as a candidate. She only puts candidates forward who are suitable for the role instead of wasting your time sending multiple candidates just so they 'look busy' working on the vacancy for you. If JF Recruitment have sent a candidate, you will know they are a good match.
