Since taking early retirement I found myself a little bored at home , I applied to Pathfinder which I must say was a really easy process Sean was brilliant with a telephone interview after an health and safety induction I was up and running on a RORO . Two years later I’ve been offered a variety of work from RORO , Cruise parking , baggage and Car moves etc Terri and Keeley in allocations are very approachable and you can easily contact them with days you want to work. All in all a good place to work meeting some interesting characters .

I have been working for Pathfinder at the Liverpool Cruise Terminal since the beginning of the 2018 cruise season. So far I have found them to be a very professional company with excellent communication with their staff regarding notification of work, start times etc. The management are respectful of those in their employment and the workforce are a great bunch of people. I look forward to my continued employment with Pathfinder. Kind Regards Ross Ferguson

I have been with Pathfinder in Southampton since the New Year. I don't need to be working every day but have had work when I have wanted it. From the day I first phoned to enquire about work I have found it to be a really positive experience. The induction and the training cannot cover every little facet but I have found they are very receptive to… positive feedback. But the fact that I found few surprises is the best proof of how well I was informed by the personnel people. I have found the same with the allocations office - I am told accurately enough so I know what food to bring and what

First time looking for work with an agency, and very happy, and surprised, how efficient they have been with finding me work, and all the relevant information by a phone call, then confirmed via email, the same day, importantly they answer the phone pretty quick, the details they sent, as well as full details, with maps, which car parks, etc, also… include such things, as, bring a spare pair of socks, in case the boots were to big, that they supplied, they also supplied a jackets etc, thank you to all the staff, and Keeley who has been dealing with my application, her help and advise, which
