We're pretty confident that you'll want to be paid for the hours you work, so it's really important that you record them. For every week of your assignment, you'll be given a timesheet to do just that. 7. Timesheets are processed on a Monday for the previous week, and you'll be paid in two weeks. But it's up to you to get your timesheets completed, submitted and signed by yourself and the employer in time for payroll.

I contacted Faye Robinson at Lavoro Care when I wanted to progress to a senior residential support worker. Faye worked exceptionally hard to find the right position for me and was always there at the end of the phone when I lost confidence due to a job offer being retracted. Faye was straight on the horse and got me interviews immediately and would text or call even just to wish good luck and then afterwards to see how I did. I felt more supported than I have ever felt in this industry and its only a shame that I have a great job to start. Highly recommend Faye for your new journey, even told Hubby

I have been with Lavoro for 6 years and highly recommend them. Total flexibility, professional office team, varied assignments, plenty of work and good pay.
They recently arranged for the whole team to get the Covid vaccination and have provided PPE throughout the pandemic.
They also made is possible for me to achieve my L3 Residential Chld Care diploma through them.

Lavaro care have been a great company to work for since moving to Liverpool. Gary in particular has been a massive help and the staff have been very understanding of my location securing me shifts in services in my area. Theyāre all very friendly and responsive whenever you need them and youāre never short of work. A very professional yet friendly company whom Iām really enjoying being a part of their team.

Iāve been working for Lavoro Care for almost a year now and have never been short of work so far. They frequently request individual availability, so they can find upcoming shifts to book onto. I have been able to earn a decent living around my university schedule and have found it to be flexible. The team in the office are very down to earth, approachable and understanding of circumstances. Any problems they will try and sort as best they can! Would highly recommend working for this agency.

Worked with this team for a few weeks, unlike most agencies they do actually work with you to get the work.
A focus on quality staff and a good understanding attitude from the consultants. Talking to this team is not tiresome like most agencies, they are welcoming and polite with that unusual feature of understanding when you are unavailable, rather than expecting or demanding.
Be honest and clear with them, and you will receive a mutual respect from them. I mainly dealt with Gary, what a sound guy, but they were all just as nice.

I've been with Lavoro for 3 years and it's been the best decision I could have made. There is always plenty of work and I've been given lots of full time job opportunities, however I've stayed with the agency due to childcare. The office staff are great, always offer support if needed and are a good laugh. They are considerate of my child care issues and even helped get me appropriate placements while I was pregnant (which wasn't easy). I started with Lavoro a year ago whilst i was still studying as they were able to offer me the flexibility I really needed! Over the year everyone in the office has been so understanding if anything unexpected popped up and they have always had my back if anything went wrong. Being with the agency allows you to build up your experience and resilience as a practitioner as you will be meeting new people all the time. There are always plenty of shifts for you to choose from working all over the country, I have even been offered a full time permanent role somewhere were I really enjoy working! Thanks

Having joined Lavoro the best part of 16 months ago, I have yet to look back. The vast variety of packages available and the continued volume of work has enable myself to earn a very good wage. Furthermore, the flexibility and efforts of the office staff to ensure you are best suited to a certain package are highly appreciated. Office staff (especially Leanne) are easy to speak with and try their best to adapt to your requests. With the freedom this role allows me and the continued volume of shifts, I cannot see myself leaving anytime soon šš.
