Simon is the founder of Accountable Recruitment which he set up in 2010, and now has over 22 years in the recruitment industry, spanning two continents. His vision was to enhance the recruitment experience for candidates and clients alike, bringing honesty, strong ethics and a straightforward approach, which has been immensely successful.
