Applied for a job which I thought my skills and qualifications were entirely a match for. I was then contacted by Ideaboxes's recruitment consultant who had zero people skills and asked me scripted questions entirely irrelevant to the job (ambiguous questions where it's possible to provide the "wrong answer"), such as how you deal with a certain situation in your previous job. Rather than pass my details on to the employer and letting them decide on my suitability, my path to what could have been an ideal job hit a brick wall thanks to this terrible agency.
