Quality self catering holiday house located close to Fort William in the stunning West Highlands of Scotland. Strone Farm House is situated on the upper banks of the Caledonian Canal, some seven miles north of Fort William in the Great Glen which runs from Fort William to Inverness and Loch Ness. The bungalow comfortably sleeps six adults in three en-suite bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin room).

From the side windows in the large spacious lounge there are beautiful views up the Great Glen with the River Lochy and the canal in the forefront, while from the picture window there are the most spectacular view of the Nevis Range with the north face of Ben Nevis clearly visible. Fort William, the Outdoor Capital of the UK is centrally situated to allow the visitor easy access to many beautiful parts of the Highlands.

Standing on the upper banks of the Caledonian Canal, Strone Farm House is surrounded by spectacular views of the Great Glen and Ben Nevis, Britains highest mountain. Strone Farm House is in a rural position some seven miles north of Fort William and sits within a working stock farm. Strone Farm House offers comfortable and relaxing self-catering accommodation all year round.
Tthere is an electric fire in lounge with 5 starter if you wish more a 1 meter is at the side of the fire. Having checked that the dates of your holiday are available please email or telephone us (+44 01397 712773) to reserve your holiday. We will confirm that your chosen accommodation and dates are being held in your name for seven days pending receipt of your deposit.
Just past the ruins of Old Inverlochy Castle and to the west of Fort William is the picturesque Road to the Isles. Whether you chose to travel the route by car or train you will be able to enjoy some spectacular scenery. Along the way there are many points of interest.

Neptune's Staircase on the Caledonian Canal, past Loch Eil towards historical Glenfinnan with its stories of Bonnie Prince Charlie and the Jacobites or Harry Potter and the Hogwarts Express!Further west you will travel above Loch Ailort, where you get your first glimpse of the lovely Hebridean islands through Arisaig and on to the famous white sands of Morar to your journey's end.
