Moored there for a short break because of the lovely scenery but had to move because the floating pontoon needed repairs. There needs to be signs put up to inform boaters not to moor up there otherwise it could cause a serious problem for somebody.
The wooden chalets looked very nice although i didn't look inside as they all seemed occupied.
The blue wooden huts by the loch for the activities looked as if they had been closed for some time and in need of repair etc.
One of the people i meet told me the site was up for sale (probably because of the lack of business during Covid lockdown ?) so

STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!
We booked directly with the park, but when we arrived we found the place had been closed for months! Eddie McCabe and Heather his partner in crime had disappeared with our money, after emailing requesting we paid the final balance! Please save yourself and time and trouble and book elsewhere

We were sent details of a key lock box that was attached to the cabin we had rented. After an exhausting, all day drive, through snow storms and rain, we arrived to find that there was no key lock box attached to the cabin, so there was no way of accessing the cabin. We had thought that it did not matter what time we arrived, due to the key lock box. We drove around the site and found a letter addressed to us taped to reception. This letter stated that the key was in the door. As we had already checked the front door, we knew that there was no key in the door.
Unfortunately, there was no contact

Lovely location. Think the new owner should invest some money into the lodges. Staff work hard to clean the lodges but they are rough around the edges. Pillows and bedding leave lots to be desired! Booked via AirBnb and was told it included electric...the reception charged me £30 for electric and a £50 damage fee....all refunded eventually!!!
Great location and lots to do in the area

Love this place. Reception staff, cleaners and maintenance staff very helpful and friendly. Very relaxing holiday. Lodges comfortable some are needing little bit of work. But very comfortable. The Lodge restaurant which is run separately we didn't use this time, although it's pot luck if it's open. On face book it do open at 10 bit tends to open 11 or later in the day.
