YourRecruit is an independent recruitment agency established in 1994. From our Head Office in Caterham, we have now expanded our operations and have offices located in London, Redhill and Brighton. We provide recruitment services to SME clients through to Global organisations in a range of sectors, which include but are not limited to; Finance, Wholesale, Travel, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Legal and Construction.
When YourRecruit receives a job vacancy from our clients, we discuss the role with them in detail in order to understand the role fully and where it fits within the company structure. Ideally, we will arrange a time to visit so that we can gain understanding of the office culture and working environment.
One of our friendly Consultants will meet and fully register you. This is to ensure that we give you the best possible opportunity of securing the position that you want. As well as asking you to complete our application form, we also ask for proof of ID to ensure that you have the right to work in the UK.
Our Director of Temporary Services, Nicky Waiton who heads up the Temporaries Team, runs a happy desk with temporary staff working all over Surrey, Sussex, Kent and London. Nicky has managed the temporary team for over 20 years and has many long term and loyal temps on hand to complete our client's bookings.
