Nursdoc are recruiting carers with at least 6 months experience for Nursing Home Block bookings in the Newbury Area.

Revalidation is the process that all nurses and midwives in the UK will need to follow to maintain their registration with the NMC. It will encourage you to reflect on the role of the Code in your practice and demonstrate that you are 'living' the standards set out within it. This new process replaces the old Prep requirements, and you will have to revalidate every three years to renew your registration.
Nursdoc believes that your CV is one of the most important procedures to get right. Often clients read your CVs outside working hours. They may have a pile of 50 CVs from which to select five interviewees. If your CV is hard work to read: unclear, badly laid out and containing irrelevant information, they will just move on to the next.

IF YOU ARE A CARE HOME DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
We have traded for over 35 years and never dealt with such an unprofessional company ever. First of all they insist on running a credit check on your company which none of the 3 other agencies we deal with require. As we refused to fulfil that part of the application form they then proceeded to google our home and visit our website and check information and run information without our knowledge or consent. They still provided workers (for the most eye watering rates, talk about being exploitative when care homes are on their knees with staff
