I just received a call from one of your agents. I need to ask the guy to repeat his name and name of the company he was calling from as he straight away went to his question DO YOU NEED A JOB ? I asked the guy do you have anything specifically on weekends and he said we want someone for work during week plus weekends which I understood. Next when questioned him what sort of job he was offering he went: NO POINT IN EXPLAINING THIS as you cannot do job during the week. Is this the attitude the agency employees have in your company? My rep Charlie Archer is always available and responds as soon as he can, and chases things up like no other rep I've worked with ever has. Which is difficult because I'm a night worker. Very pofessional. They pay well. But the company they use for payroll isn't as responsive as the agency or as organised.

AVOID!! Strong group recruitment is the only one place I hadnt got paid for a job done in 16 yrs time since I came to UK! They needed articulated lorry driver and booked me in to company base in Marchwood for a week. Everything seemed to be fine, got paid and keep in touch with agency. Then they booked me in to another company base near Fawley to cover somebody for a 3 days. Two days in row shift was cancelled after I waited around 2 hrs already in company yard. They blamed agency worker for a lack of communication with me, that they let him knew that its quiet and shift is cancelled. But nobody

The best agency ever!!!
I've been working for strong group alongside Jay for a long time and I had a great experience. He is a veey easy going person and always there for his employees. All my payments were always on time, Jay and strong group have been loyal and trustfull to me on every deal or agreement that we had , if I ever had a problem with my company I just had to give a call to Jay and the problem was sorted straight away. I recommend this agency to everyone out there who may look for work and especially Jay as for me he was my consultant and i had a great experience working with him

Was working alongside Jay at Strong Group for a few months. I had a really bad experience with a previous agency and promised myself that I would never work alongside another agency again. I was introduced to Strong Group by a friend and since then I've never looked back! Jay brought back that confidence in me. He's been a dime to work with and has helped me massively with finding me temporary work. Local to my address, paid well and kept me busy!
