Services
In Caterpillars we encourage Children's exploration and discovery through activities and provocations focused on the Children's interests. We help the children gain independence and build resilience by allowing them to explore and be active in their choices and development. Everyday children use the inside and outside environments that the nursery offers, and we regularly get out into our local community too.
We know how hard it is leaving your child for the very first time in a new environment. So we make sure this process is as reassuring and seamless as possible - for all involved. Here at The Old School Nursery we understand the importance in providing children with well-balanced, nutritious and 'home cooked' meals. All meals are cooked on-site by our cooks, Debbie and Vanessa who both hold level 3 hygiene and food allergy certificates. Our Nursery has a food hygiene rating of 5 - the highest accolade - awarded by the Food Standards Agency.

Both my grandsons went to the Old School Nursery. I would not dream of recommending any other local nursery! They were so well cared for, understood, loved, lunch time food excellent, staff superb. From tiny babies to when they are ready to leave for school each child is nurtured and leaves as a well rounded little person. Thanks to Ewa and her excellent staff.

I used to go to this school and enjoyed coming everyday as we were a small village school with only 14 students We learned a lot and got support from the teachers and the people who live in the village. Also we got to meet Dr who crew and cast when they used our school when they filmed in the village
