Services
Please note that after-hours charges apply for consultations when the practice is closed. However, we do have a limited number of normal priced after-hours consultations which we keep available for emergencies which occur in the early evening on a weekday or over the weekend daytimes. If you ring out of hours with an emergency which needs to be seen AND the duty vet has one of these appointments available, then it will be offered to you.
Thanks for taking the time to look at our website. We hope you'll find plenty of information to make you feel that you'd like to entrust the care of your pets to us. Bicester Vets has been serving the people and pets of the Bicester area for decades.
Over the years the practice has transformed from a traditional mixed practice to a state of the art Small Animal Veterinary Practice offering high quality medical, surgical and preventative care for your pets.We pride ourselves on our client care and in dealing with your pets with compassion at all times.

Bringing home a new pet will be a very exciting time for the whole family. A little research and forward preparation can ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible. It is natural to be concerned about anaesthesia and surgery. Whilst no-one has yet devised "risk-free anaesthesia" modern drugs, techniques and protocols can minimise these risks.
Our fabulous Preventative Healthcare Scheme has been specifically designed with you and your pets in mind. We all want to provide the best care for our pets but sometimes the costs can come at the wrong time. Dogs and cats - a whole year's supply of parasite prevention to cover fleas and worms (including lungworm).
Whilst we would never wish our beloved pets to have a serious illness or injury, the possibility is still very real. What would you do if your cat broke its leg or your dog had a life threatening gastroenteritis? Many pet problems can be treated or cured but the cost can be significant and that's where pet insurance can make a big difference.

My cat, my dog and my hampster are all registered here and from what I have seem we are very happy. All of the staff seem to be lovely and have a wealth of knowledge not only about the health of the animals that they are treating but about silly things like how many Hungarian Vizslas there are owned in Bicester, which sounds like a silly thing to be impressed by, but it is the little things that make all of the diference! We have always been able to get a quick apointment and their advice over the phone has been great (Even if it is simply to come back for more attention or tablets or what have
