First time visiting this practice.
Appointment time was met within a few minutes, staff were very pleasant and helpful.
We saw Hannah and her colleague and they were both approachable and easy to speak to. Our concerns were listened to and addressed honestly.
Very pleased with the service here.
Thank you!

I've been using West Bar for the last 15 years and they are brilliant and hugely experienced.
I've seen some comments in other reviews regarding price but while I'm sure you can get the basics at other practices cheaper I also factor in the times when everything has gone wrong in the middle of the night when I need someone that knows my cats and their history, has a huge wealth of knowledge and expertise and that treats the cats with the kindness and gentle handling that they are used to.
The whole team are great from; receptionists, nurses to vets and on the occasions when I need an emergency

Really good service from these guys. I changed vets due to not being satisfied with my old vets. Andy made the visit with my dog nice and easy.

Wonderful vets. They looked after our old girl right up to her last moments. They were caring, kind and professional.
After our beloved cat had left us, they sent us a condolence card which meant so much to both my wife and I.
Would recommend highly. Thank you West Bar Vets.

Quite simply, the best vets in Banbury, and I imagine you’d have to search far and wide to find a better veterinary hospital in the area.
I don’t expect anyone to take anything I say on face value, so below is why I believe Richard and the team there really are the only vets you should entrust with your furry family members.
Around Christmas of 2019 our beloved family pet Mollie, a Poochon mixed breed, presented with vague symptoms of unknown etiology having already been given a full ‘all clear’ from Vets4Pets.
They confined what we already suspected, that Vets4Pets had missed something
