If the problem or query isn't urgent and you feel it can wait until the surgery is open again, send an online consultation to us via the website HERE and we will get in touch with you within 24 hours of the surgery opening again. Our online consultation will also offer self-help advice if it is available for any of the concerns you enter whilst completing the online consultation.

Really can't understand the negative reviews. Been with the practice for 25 years, always had fantastic service from every member of staff from the call handlers, nurses and doctors themselves.
I have always found them to be incredibly efficient, professional and extremely caring despite having to deal with the many problems that face the NHS.

Every time we order mother in laws repeat prescription there is an issue, despite ordering in plenty time they taking up to 2 weeks to process. This time the doseage is wrong!!! Should be 125ml of a particular drug but actually prescription when we picked up was 25ml. Tablets ran out Thursday leaving her taking a lower dose , she is now weak and lethargic. Her medication comes in dossett boxes, if we take the extra out to prevent her taking too much

Disgusted! this medical practice just simply cant be bothered to even ring you! we were waiting on a simple phone call for a referral today and get told that the doctor tried calling and has left a voicemail.....low and behold there are no missed calls and no left voicemails. I am gathering by this that the practice do not take GDPR seriously at all as they have quite clearly rung someone else and left a message. Honestly look elsewhere for a GP surgery as this one is a complete joke and waste of time!

Absolute disgusting. I phoned today to state my medication had run out but has been recorded but not received, I asked what do i need to do to make sure i have medication today and was told by the receptionist "not my problem" I explained that I need to take this medication daily as it's for mental health issues to be repeatedly told "not my problem" did not seem to be helpful.
If I am phoning the doctors surgery regarding a medical issue I do think it is of concern, I am now facing the weekend with no medication.

If I could give lower than 1* I really would, today 7th July 2022, from 17.00, till 17.25 I was on hold to talk to reception for that entire time I was caller number 6! How's that even possible though! I needed them to confirm they had vitamin b12 there or if I had to collect from chemist to take with me for burse to inject, needless to say they took so long to answer phone, that the chemist was closed, I couldn't get my b12, injection! A joke

My daughter who is 20 months old has either an ear infection or is just badly teething. The doctors surgery have said they won't see her, I was only allowed to speak to a nurse who passed my info on to a doctor who prescribed antibiotics. I emailed and was asked to phone the surgery to explain my issue, I phoned and reiterated my email and said I'm not comfortable giving my daughter medication when I'm not sure she needs it and for all you know I might have munchausen syndrome by proxy (made it all up to get attention) and she might be perfectly fine as you've not seen her or even heard her cry

Would not recommend as a GP practice, am switching to a different practice today. Every interaction I have had with them has been a negative one. Here are just a few examples I could give (qprth noting I've only been with them since November 2020 too)
1) ALWAYS HAVE A PROBLEM ORDERING MY PRESCRIPTION. Here is the most recent example of ordering emergency prescription. I rang the practice and the receptionist (she was pleasant) gave me an email address to send my request to. 2 working days later and my prescription had still not been sent to the pharmacy. I rang the GP and the receptionist said
