Used to be excellent when I joined in 2014 minimal waiting times but the last 2-3 years has be horrendous trying to get through on the phone. It’s usually 10 plus in the line but today I was 27th in line at 2pm on a Thursday.
The staff once you speak to them are great and the facility’s too but Jesus wept so they expect me to wait on hold for an hour so I can book a routine injection? They don’t allot online booking and due to covid the doors are locked.
If kings read this please please sort the booking procedure out.
