We are looking forward to welcoming you back! Book now to reserve your place. YOGA CLUB - NEW FOR 2021! An opportunity for independent teachers and others to meet and promote classes, deepen practice and learn more about other aspects of yoga. We will focus on topics that are of interest to teachers and serious students including philosophy, practice and look at how we can support each other to create a yoga community in York and beyond.

We are welcoming applications for the next Teacher Training Course. This will be offered with our 'Fast Start' option which facilitates early access to the course, allowing you to start your studies following your acceptance and enrolment on the course. Our courses are constantly updated and now include training on offering online, outdoor and one-to-one classes.

My Yoga Journey is all in the name - your yoga journey. Introducing you to yoga and helping you discover, develop and experience how yoga benefits the mind and body - increasing strength, improving flexibility and encouraging stability and harmony in daily life.

Whether you are a complete beginner or already have some experience, My Yoga Journey will help you achieve your goals through skilled, caring tuition that supports your aspirations and respects your limitations.Develop your interest in yoga classes and experience harmonising breath with movement. Learn more about yoga and experience the benefits, which include increased physical strength, flexibility and increased range of movement.
Our revised syllabus and training programme enables you to start your studies following acceptance and enrolment on the course. Training includes LIVE ONLINE sessions, personal mentoring and access to in person classes. Find out how you can become an accredited yoga teacher through our FAST START programme.
Places are limited to comply with social distancing and you will be required to bring your own mat and any props. Last Sunday in each month. An opportunity to deepen practice and learn more about other aspects of yoga in this longer session. We will focus on topics that will help us explore the history and philosophy of yoga, consider different styles of yoga and give us the opportunity to experience a deeper, longer relaxation.
We are planning a retreat and invite you to express interest in joining us next year for a week of yoga and meditation at the Hacienda Retreat Centre, Granada, Spain. This all inclusive retreat is suitable for anyone who would like to rest, revive and develop a yoga and meditation practice.

Open to all - including beginners and partners/friends who do not wish to participate in the morning and evening sessions, there will be opportunities to explore the surrounding area and enjoy the facilities of this unique retreat centre.Cost includes meals, accommodation, yoga classes and use of facilities.
Yoga for pregnancy is suitable for pregnant women - from 14 weeks right through to birth. They are an enjoyable way to maintain fitness, prepare for birth and learn more about your changing body and how your baby develops. The poses have been specially adapted to develop strength and increase energy - working with the pregnant body and taking into account the individual needs of each woman.
