We have been looked after by all staff during our stay for the Joust at Pendennis Castle. All have been incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms are lovely; the bed super comfy. Amazing breakfast and… evening meals. The whole jousting crew (14 people) had a fish & chips supper on the last evening and the brilliant chef even organised for 2 suppers to be delivered to the Castle for the ones staying behind looking after the horses. Cannot recommend enough. Who needs to go abroad when you have Cornwall, Falmouth, Jacob's Ladder Inn.

Very friendly & welcoming, a favourite haunt of Falmouth's jovial scallywags in years gone by, it's still a Great place to buy a pint or 2 (cash or card), & sit outside the front (on the quiet pavement), inside in either of the 2 bars, or outside at the back (smoking area). Still a great Falmouth pub.

Visited on a late Sunday afternoon for an unplanned Carvery.
Did ring ahead to see if booking was needed, but was told it wasn't necessary.
Was met at the door by a pleasant young lady who gave mea choice of tables, then offered me a menu, showing availability of drinks and food.
I opted for a Veggie Carvery (see photo) which was promptly served at my table by a pleasant young man..
The food was boiling hot, and tasty, though the portion sizes were perhaps a little small. Veggie gravy was offered also !
Overall a lovely meal, with excellent service and ambience.
