Hi Everyone, I absolutely loved this vets. I highly recommend them :) let me explain. For me as a breeder I feel the only way to ensure my beautiful babies go to loving pet homes only, is to early neuter them before they leave me. Contracts are all well & good etc but rarely hold up in court. My usual vets stopped doing early neutering & I couldn't find any vets in London who supported this as I feel very strongly that all non breeding cats even males should be neutered & I lost all hope. Recently my boxer puppy ruptured a cruciate ligament which required surgery. Freya has been working across St kitts and Crookham Park for more than 3 months and we are now in rehabilitation thanks to the teams.
Both surgeries are world class in customer and pet care with high calibre people . We have experienced a seamless and joined up approach
from the reception and nursing team to vets and surgeon who demonstrated great empathy.

Emergency appointment on a Saturday, just before closing time. They squeezed us in at very short notice, stayed late to fit us in. Looked at mum and each baby before deciding the best course of action. Tailored mums treatment so she could continue to feed her kittens. We left with lots of advice, what to look out for, what to do if they don't put on weight. Fabulous service, would highly recommend this fantastic vets <3

Been using these guys for years and they are always really helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend as a vet for any animal, because they have a few branches if they don't have someone that can deal with an exotic on site they can send you over to one of their other sites. We've had Lizards, dogs, cats, ferrets, chickens, quails...all been taken care of by the team.
We use their monthly plans for the dogs and act, great value for money.

Amazing vets. All the staff are lovely and they are supportive of my choices that a lot of vets see as controversial (raw feeding my dogs etc). I find that they have a very ethical approach to their care of my dogs and are not ‘money hungry’ pushing every last treatment for the cash. Always professional and I genuinely feel safe knowing that these guys care for my dogs when needed. See pictures of two happy, healthy hounds cared for my st kitts.

Friendly, approachable, knowledgable staff and vets. Sensitive to the fact not everyone has pet insurance, so try to keep the costs down. Happy to recommend alternative treatments and supplements to certain ailments. Same day appointments are often possible. Large car park, good size bright, clean, tidy and air-conditioned waiting area. Best vets I've ever been to and been with them several years now. Highly recommend.
