We stayed here for two nights, one for our wedding anniversary and my husbands birthday.
The evening meal was one of the best we've had in along time.
The staff are extremely attentive and friendly.
We had a wedding the following day and all went to plan.
We will definitely recommend to friends and family.
We'll be back again soon.

Lovely hotel. Near the beach, harbour and centre. Very clean. Helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Enjoyed my stay. Only downside, we didn't know you had to reserve the restaurant for evening meal. The food did smell amazing though

This relaxed friendly hotel is a great place to stay in Barmouth, especially with your dog. You just walk across the quiet promenade and you are straight on the beach, which is wonderful. The views across to the hills are beautiful and the sunsets are too, it's really lovely

Had a mid-week break Wednesday to Friday September 2021. The hotel was very welcoming and the food excellent throughout my stay. You can just cross the road to the beach. The beer garden offered very nice views of the sea.

The hotel is in a great spot on the promenade. Plenty of car park. While the outside structure is quite nice, interior and rooms are not so new. However, everything was quite clean. Our friends had some problems with the hot water in the shower, and our toilet was not working properly. It could do with some TLC. We ate only for one dinner and the food was very tasty- great lamb shank. Breakfast was not included via booking.com and we had it elsewhere. Overall, the staff was helpful but a little bit disorganized. I think they were understaffed. A traditional seaside hotel for a brief stay.

Just called in for a drink on an evening but so glad we did. Lovely place with beautiful views of the bay and also we noticed some pods now so you can sit in your own pod without the wind. Next time we will try the food as it looked nice.

I cannot really comment much on the hotel / room. However the service / owner of the hotel is absolutely lovely and was very accommodating. Beautiful beer garden and atmosphere. Breakfast is not so good, dinner was lovely.
