Our indoor kitten was left with them for a whole day for treatment, it came back with flees and I tried to say they were to blame but instead of providing good customer service they found it amusing. Stay away as they don't care for pets just know how to make money. Ill be reporting to them relevant bodies who look after veterniary facilities.

Please don’t waste your time we took our little puppy torvi here she was severely unwell . My partner was left in the waiting room for 5 hours without even being told if she was ok or not . Due to financial side of things EVEN THOUGH WE WAS INSURED they basically gave us no choice but to sign her over! We asked the other day if we could just see if she was alive with the woman on the other side of the phone abruptly telling us no! And that we have no right and it’s not our responsibility anymore!

I have brought my animals here for many years, even done work experience here a few years back, and the care the staff have for animal and client is usually brilliant, however the last couple of times I have been we've been made to wait for quite a long time while many dogs come bounding through on a loose lead and my cats have been left terrified. Most recently, after switching between the two waiting rooms several times because the dogs were roaming around, I had asked the receptionist to have all the dogs in one room so my cat could chill out a bit. To which I was told 'covid makes its difficult
