Services
Welcome to The Pines Veterinary Clinic where we strive to provide friendly, personal care for your pets. As a small practice we are able to develop good working relationships with our clients and offer continuity of care.

That way you are able to see the vet of your choice and work with them in partnership, to ensure that all treatment options and their estimated costs are discussed, in an attempt to achieve the best possible outcome for you and your pet.Well established and conveniently situated on the A4 with free on-site parking, we are extremely easy to find and have disabled access.
Here at The Pines Veterinary Clinic, we're very proud to have so many enthusiastic and dedicated individuals working in our friendly practice. We are all passionate about animals and their well-being, from our veterinary surgeons and qualified nurses to our essential support staff. Highly trained and caring, each of us has a role to play in making this a special practice for you to visit with your pet.
Our team of highly dedicated and experienced veterinary surgeons and vet nurses are devoted to your pet's wellbeing. Your pets are always our priority. We all have our own pets and work hard to provide the same service to you that we would want for our own much-loved animals. At our surgery we provide continuity of care, working with you to provide effective and high quality treatment.
Many of our patients are receiving long term treatment and are eligible for 'repeat prescriptions'. Usually, we see these patients every six months, although for some conditions and often at the start of a new treatment, this may be more frequently. If your pet is due more of their usual medication, please contact us no less than 48-hours before you would like to collect this.
In the event of an emergency during our normal opening hours please call our surgery on 01628 776699 and you will be advised what to do next. If your call is during the night or at the weekend whilst our clinic is closed, please contact our surgery on 01628 776699 where you will be directed to MiNightVet Maidenhead.

I have used The Pines for over 20 years and have recommended them many times to friends. I have always found the reception staff very helpful, the nurses knowledgeable and very kind to my dogs, and the vets extremely efficient and approachable.

Used to be a great vet who I could trust. Now it is all about the money. I am not sure that either the diagnosis was correct. I do know that they charged me £700+ for an xray and some pain killers. Refused to submit my claim to the insurers until I made a fuss and then took weeks before doing so - again I had to make a fuss. They recommended an MRI at an associated practice for several thousand pounds. I declined.

They were kind enough to slot in a fast appointment when my pet became ill suddenly. There was very little contact and we spoke outside with face coverings so their covid protection policies were being upheld which is great. Thank you for being so accommodating

More expensive than a 5 star all inclusive two week holiday in the Bahamas! Make sure you're sitting down before you get the price of the payment! They take advantage of every one here on the basis that we love and adore our pets and are willing to do anything to help/save them. Disgusting in my opinion. I would definitely look around find different quotes from other veterinarians, even if it means travelling as you deserve better and your pets do also.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Sadly we have had experienced the worst customer service you can imagine. Not only that but a complete non acceptance of any wrong doing in correspondence. The costs are very high. To be fair the Vets are very good themselves badly let down by the administration.
