At Mulberry House Vets you will always be welcomed with a friendly face and a smile: whether it is one of our receptionists, vets or nurses - we are here for you. We are proud to have such a fantastic team, where we each have a role in helping make this a special practice that you and your pet look forward to visiting.
Alex, Louise, Kate and Sharon have worked in the veterinary industry for over 60 years and been colleagues and friends for a long time. We aim to ensure the relationship between us is based on honesty and trust. We will always take the time needed to explain diagnoses, further investigations and treatment options along with our transparent fee structure.
The design of our purpose-built facilities has been carefully thought out to provide a positive and stress-free experience. Our reception area feels warm and welcoming. When you walk in you will notice the calming colours and gentle music. We are the first veterinary practice in the UK to use special slip resistant wooden flooring from Floors For Paws.
We offer a wide range of minimally invasive laparoscopic (keyhole) procedures including neutering and biopsies. Keyhole bitch spays are our most commonly performed laparoscopic procedure and we recommend it for all female dogs over 15kg. The procedure is performed through two small 1cm 'keyhole' incisions using specialist equipment which allows us to visualise the abdominal organs and seal blood vessels then remove the ovaries.

I have been very pleased with what this practice is doing for our old Lab, Ruby. She is 11 years old and has arthritis in the foot and spine which, in my view, another vet failed to treat effectively. I was concerned we would lose her as she could hardly walk. Mulberry House Vets has given her a new lease of life with a 4 weekly injection of Librela. What more could I ask for.

Lovely, friendly and welcoming place. Took what I thought was a stray cat here on Tuesday and they helped me and the cat immediately. They've taken the cat in due to no microchip and they've put out and appeal on social media to try and trace the owners. Thank you so much for your help Mulberry House!

So here's a story.... On Christmas Eve I got to my mum's house and realised the ONLY bag I had forgotten to bring was the bag that had my dog Charlie's essential heart medicine in. I know, i'm a terrible dog mother...
Faced with a sad and depressing Christmas eve journey back home (going without the meds was really dangerous for Charlie), I called Mulberry House Vets to see if they could do anything at all to help. They were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I might actually cry even thinking about it.

Positive: Professionalism
Mulberry House have again shown what a lovely caring vets they are. My dog has lung disease and they always have put her first and I always feel they listen to me and take my views into account when treating my dog. She loves visiting them and enjoys the special gravy bones she receives.
