1 hour 45 mins late picking my family up at Manchester Airport. Same old excuses when you ring the office or the driver (stuck in traffic and he is 5 mins away). No apologies when the taxi arrives. Driver takes a tip without me offering. I was expecting change and he drove off. Not the first time this has happened. Definitely the last time we use these. The driver was also speeding quite excessively on the way back which was worrying.

The staff are just so nice, and will always endeavour to get you picked up ASAP. The drivers are always courteous and late night will wait to see you in the door. Can't recommend them enough

Booked a taxi that was wheelchair accessible to take the grannies out for lunch. Turned up 20 minutes late. Drove too quickly and was then over half an hour late picking us back up. Terrible service. really CAN fault them!

I rang several taxi firms no one would try and help get me a taxi with wheelchair access. The lovely lady from Borough Taxis got us a taxi for my my mum and to get her to the restaurant and back. Brilliant service really can't fault them.

Was getting late for work because bus didn't stopped. The operator was cheeky telling me not to get into bus. Plus sent me a van instead of normal car which i believed had hire fares...
