Fantastic, I had to find someway by road to get someone I knew and her three children and luggage from Thornwick bay to Lowestoft which was more than 200 miles. For a few days I was panicing and have never felt so stressed, in the end I typed into google, emergency taxi, I got Investravel and decided to go with them, I booked just 2 or 3 days before they had to leave to get home, I have been told by the person that I booked for that they were excellent at collecting them, 30 mins later than said, but that was because the driver was coming from leeds which was two hours away. The minibus was clean

I recently booked 2 x 30 seater coaches for my wedding guests. I explained in bold letters via email and again via txt to both drivers that they had to go straight to the marquee at Thornton Manor as it is much too far to walk for the guests from the Manor House. This was the reason I reduced the coach sizes. Everything was agreed and apparently understood. They then sent 2 x 52 seaters, got stuck and so therefore had to tell my wedding guests to get off and walk the gravel track over a mile long on the hottest day of the year and somehow managed to turn a 25 minute journey into an hour long journeyâ€

Investravel, stepped in last minute when we where let down by another Travel company . Kept us informed all the way . And turned up promptly. The Driver was a ball , Emmi his name was , played some good music . Dropped us at yokkoa, 49/50 at Bolton stadium and turned up and waited for us when the show slightly overran . And dropped everyone back in Liverpool city centre . Would like to say a massive thank you for stepping in and saving the day
