Booked a taxi at 4pm for 11pm (18th September 2019) after the Pixies gig at the Apollo, by chance I looked on the app at 11pm to track the taxi only to find THEY cancelled it without so much as a word - I was left stranded with an offer of one in 30 mins? I declined their offer - I am disabled but ended up walking to the safe place I had parked my car which was a strain on me - My fare would have been appx £3 - £4 and the journey was a quick 3-4 mins, I suspect a better priced journey surpassed any realms of good customer service - I called and was told that there was a staff shortage
