I booked them around midnight, after waiting 2 mins. The operator tells me they cancelled my booking because the driver came and waited and called me, but I was a no show.
I asked them to email me the proof that the driver called me as I received no calls and I didn't move from the pick up point and it would be impossible for the driver to or myself not to notice each other on Oxford road (pickup point).
They disconnected my call several times. At the end I booked UBER, who came within 3 mins.
Operator is really rude, they know how make you angry, grind your teeth and have the audacity

First time the guy over the phone say that he cannot find the address, he was trying to explain that my address doesn't exist in really rude way. lol After 5 min he checked in google map and finally found it. I gave these guys another chance which was even worst, the guy literally say to me to 'shut up, because he finally found the address'. Really rude people work there and charges more than others. Scotts the best manchester taxi, but 'in time' is defo the worst.
