Services
Peter Pan Pre-school was established over 40 years ago by a group of volunteer parents. Over the years we have grown and developed into the flourishing pre-school we are today. We currently provide pre-school care for around 40 children (a maximum of 24 children per session) aged between 2 and statutory school age.
Peter Pan Pre-school is situated in a bright, airy hall. The hall is laid out to promote the children's free choice of a variety of activities and offers flexibility to change activities quickly as children's interests develop during the session.

We have a role play area which is regularly changed to reflect children's interests, e.g. a train station, baby clinic, vets etc. Children access our listening station, cameras and electronic toys independently, and make use of our well stocked creative crafts base to support their ideas and exploration.
We provide nutritious snacks which consists of a wide variety of fruits, vegetables and seeds followed by foods such as wholemeal toast, houmous and cheese. Our children can choose from fresh water or milk to drink and are encouraged to help themselves to their own water bottles throughout the day.

At Peter Pan we know that parents are the primary educators of their children, and know what their children need. A strong relationship between parents and pre-school is crucial to the child's well-being, development and progress. We keep parents informed about activities and events through regular newsletters, and displays on our noticeboards.
